Chairman of the State Administration Council Prime Minister Senior General Min Aung Hlaing, who is on an official goodwill visit to the Russian Federation, specifically to St. Petersburg, paid his respects by laying a wreath at the Piskaryovskoye Memorial Cemetery in St. Petersburg this morning, local time.
First, the Senior General, along with Joint Secretary of the Council General Ye Win Oo, and the accompanying delegation members, arrived at the Piskaryovskoye Memorial Cemetery in St. Petersburg, where they were greeted by officials from the St. Petersburg city government.
Subsequently, the Senior General solemnly laid a wreath at the Piskaryovskoye Memorial Cemetery. Meanwhile, the honour guard of the Russian Federation played the national anthems of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar and the Russian Federation. Following this, the Senior General received the salute from the honour guard and warmly greeted the officials present.
