The Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Conservation has further reminded all mineral (gold) trading services to apply for a license.
The Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Conservation has announced that those who wish to engage in mineral (gold) trading service must apply for a license in accordance with Notification No. 055/2024 issued on October (25), 2024. It was announced on October (30), 2024 that if the specified conditions are not met, action will be taken in accordance with Section (5) of the Goods and Services Law.
Therefore, those who wish to operate a mineral (gold) trading service have been informed to apply for a business license within (3) months from November 18, 2024 to February 17, 2025.
Those who do not apply will be taken in accordance with Section (5) of the Goods and Services Law. As the application deadline of (3) months is approaching, additional notices are being issued to apply for business licenses within the specified period.
