Yangon Region, Shwe Pyi Tha Township, Ward No. 5. According to rescuers, over 150 fire victims erupted in the Thiri Mingalar Circuit dormitory, requiring assistance.
“People affected by the fire need clothing and blankets. Some four-day-old babies require baby clothes. Additionally, you can donate personal items and other necessities for recovery,” said an official from the Shwe Myitta Social Relief Association who went to support the fire victims.
Local social aid groups and volunteers are currently donating and supporting the fire victims.
A 44-year-old woman died in a fire on January 7th at 4:00 a.m. when an electric kettle left in a room of a residential dormitory overheated and ignited. The blaze impacted more than 150 people.
Over 150 individuals impacted by the fire have established a relief camp at No. (6) Basic Education High School in No. (5) Ward.
