The Myanma Post, under the Ministry of Transport and Communications, has announced that three new designs of special 200 Kyat postage stamps will be sold in honour of the 77th Independence Day.
These commemorative stamps, marking the 77th Independence Day, will be available for sale starting at 9:30 AM on January 4, 2025, at the Central Post Office in Naypyidaw, the Yangon Post Office, the Mandalay Post Office, and other post offices across regions and states.
As part of a special programme, stamps purchased at the Naypyidaw Central Post Office, the Yangon Post Office, and the Mandalay Post Office on January 4, 2025 (Saturday) will have the date stamped on them.
