Chairman of the State Administration Council Prime Minister Senior General Min Aung Hlaing accepted the Credentials from the newly accredited Cambodian Ambassador to Myanmar H.E. Mr. CHENG Manith at the Credentials Hall of the Office of the SAC Chairman in Nay Pyi Taw at 10:00 am today.
They then cordially discussed the enhancement of diplomatic relations and friendship between the two countries, areas of bilateral economic cooperation, developing mutual trade and further trade promotion programs,tourism sector development, cultural exchange programs, holding of the 70th Anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two with full of essence, and further programs for promotion of mutual cooperation.
Afterwards, the Senior General and the Cambodian Ambassador to Myanmar posed for documentary photos.
Also present on occasion were SAC Joint Secretary General Ye Win Oo, Deputy Prime Minister and Union Minister for Foreign Affairs U Than Swe and Director-General of the Protocol Department U Zaw Tun Oo.
