Taking care of the well-being of its citizens abroad, the Myanmar government has taken swift action to repatriate four Myanmar nationals, including Ma Thazin Myo Nyunt, who faced difficulties in O Smach, Cambodia.
Individuals were able to facilitate safe passage back to Myanmar through the collaborative efforts of the Myanmar Embassy in Phnom Penh, relevant Cambodian authorities, and Myanmar’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs. In the evening of 13 December, they arrived in Yangon from Siem Reap, Cambodia.
Myanmar government and its diplomatic missions received heartfelt thanks from the families of repatriated individuals for their timely support.
