The Nay Pyi Taw Development Committee Engineering Department (Building) will develop a high-end housing project in Zabuthiri Township, Nay Pyi Taw.
The project will be implemented in three locations: one near Thukhatawwin Housing on the east side of Pyinmana-Taungnyo Road in Zabuthiri Township, one near DENKO Gas Station on the east side of Pyinmana-Taungnyo Road, and one on the west side of Tawwinthiri Road in Wunnatheikdi Ward.
In addition, the land areas have been designated for the project and companies interested in the construction work have been officially invited to submit Expression of Interest (Expression of Interest).
The proposal form can be purchased from December 12 with copies of company documents and the deadline for submission is December 31.
