According to the Kyaiktiyo Pagoda Trustee Committee, on November 24, 125,450 people visited the Kyaiktiyo Pagoda in Mon State, Myanmar, to participate in the Buddha Pujani (Buddhist devotional) ceremony.
The ceremony, held from the full moon day of Thadingyut to the full moon day of Kasone, has attracted numerous devotees from various regions who have come to pay homage.
From October 17 to November 23, 170,055 people visited the pagoda, 169,430 of them domestic pilgrims and 625 international pilgrims.
