SAC announced today that honorary titles will be conferred and amnesty will be granted in honour of the 102nd National Victory Day.
In honour of the National Victory Day which falls on 17 November, the State Administration Council will confer the honorary titles to those who serve the State’s duties in excellent performance after the Independence in 1948 till to date.
Moreover, the amnesty will be granted to those artists and detained persons who were taken action by Section 505(a) of the Penal Code.
The announcements for conferring the honorary titles and amnesty granted will be announce on Thursday morning on MRTV and MWD.
Previously, the amnesty was granted to actor Lu Min, Pyay Ti Oo, Eaindra Kyaw Zin, Director Wyne and Paing Ta Kon who were taken action by Section 505(a) of the Penal Code to participate the State building tasks and perform art activities on 2 March this year. And the amnesty was also granted to singer Po Po and beauty blogger Win Min Thein.
