At the invitation of the Government of the People’s Republic of China, the Myanmar high-level delegation, led by Prime Minister Senior General Min Aung Hlaing, Chairman of the State Administration Council, to attend the 8th Greater Mekong Subregion (GMS) Summit, 10th Ayeyawady-Chao Phraya-Mekong Economic Cooperation Strategy Summit (ACMECS) and 11th Cambodia-Lao-Myanmar-Vietnam Cooperation Summit (CLMV), he left Nay Pyi Taw Army Airport on a particular plane from Myanmar International Airlines (MAI) this morning.

The Myanmar high-level delegation led by the Chairman of the State Administration Council, the Prime Minister, the Vice Chairman of the Council, the Deputy Prime Minister, Vice-Senior General Soe Win, Council Secretary and Council Members; Union Ministers Chairman of Nay Pyi Taw Council Senior military officers from the Office of the Chief of Defense Staff (Army), Commander of Nay Pyi Taw Military Headquarters, The Deputy Head of Embassy and officials from the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in Myanmar were greeted at the airport.

The Chairman of the State Administration Council, along with the Prime Minister, the Council’s joint secretary, General Ye Win Oo and Council member General Nyo Saw, Union Ministers, Tanintharyi Region Prime Minister, Yangon Region Prime Minister, Irrawaddy Region Prime Minister and officials and High-ranking military officers from the Office of the Chief of Defense Staff (Army), Deputy Ministers military Officials from the area accompanied them on the trip.

Attend summit meetings during the trip; Meet and discuss with government officials of the People’s Republic of China and landmarks in the People’s Republic of China universities and factories. They will attend study workshops, and the Union Ministers will accompany the trip. The Deputy Ministers and officials will also hold working discussions according to the relevant sectors and promote friendship between the governments and people of the two countries. It is reported that there will be further development and strengthening of cooperation in the economy and all sectors.
