State Administration Council issued an order on 14 November, 2022 allowing two Union Ministers to take retirement from the duty and new Union Ministers were appointed.
The SAC permitted retirement to U Tin Htut Oo from his duty as the Union Minister for Agriculture, Livestock and Irrigation and U Shwe Lay from his duty as the Union Minister for Construction.
SAC appointed U Shwe Lay as the Union Minister for Construction on 2 February, 2021 and U Tin Htut Oo as the Union Minister for Agriculture, Livestock and Irrigation on 23 February, 2021.
Union Minister for Cooperatives and Rural Development U Hla Moe was jointly appointed as the Union Minister for Agriculture, Livestock and Irrigation to replace U Tin Htut Oo. SAC appointed U Moe Thant as the Union Minister for Construction.
