Myanmar’s Miss Thaw Dar Sun has departed Yangon for Manila, where she will compete in Miss Earth 2024 on November 9.
In preparation for this event, I have practiced my catwalk since participating in Miss Universe Myanmar. My confidence level is about 99 percent. I have prepared traditional Myanmar attire and cultural elements as part of my preparation for the international stage. I am worried that I will not be able to represent Myanmar’s culture and heritage at Miss Earth fully, but I will do my best,” she said.
Miss Earth 2024 will feature 77 countries, including Myanmar, Indonesia, Thailand, Japan, Vietnam, and the Philippines.
