Formation of an ACT Team to Monitor Corruption in the NUG, Which Is Using Public Donations for Self-Interest

23 October 2024

Despite fleeing abroad and enduring significant hardships, the people of Burma and the global Burmese community donated hundreds of millions of dollars under the revolutionary slogan.

However, CRPH Secretary Daw Phyu Phyu Thin has spent these funds without delivering effective solutions. Instead, she resides in luxury homes in Thailand, living with young partners and operating bars and businesses. It was only after the revolutionary community exposed corruption, such as vanity projects, that a group was formed to monitor the corrupt activities of NUG government members.
The Anti-Corruption Taskforce (ACT) is reported to consist of nine members and two advisers.
