According to the community close to the police, there were be found a hand-made bomb in front of 29 gold shop, located in Tamwe Gyi (kha) ward, U Chit Maung Road, Tamwe Township, Yangon.
On October 12th, at around 8:00 p.m., U Chit Maung Housing, when the relevant authorities received information that a suspicious package was found next to the generator in front of the No.(18) 29 jewelry shop, when they went to inspect it, it find out to be an unexploded hand-made bomb made of PVC pipe.
So, the community close to the police said that they informed the BE force and destroyed it. “When we checked it according to news that found a suspicious package, it turned out to be a hand-made bomb and it was restricted and the BE force was notified. When the BE forces arrived at 8 o’clock at night, they destroyed it. At this time, we need to be aware of security. If the public finds anything suspicious, we would like to inform the relevant authorities,” the source told MT News.
