The Ministry of Immigration and People’s Power is reissuing population census and national identification cards for households affected by floods that were damaged.
Furthermore, the census collection activities are conducted quickly and conveniently at the relief camps. According to the enumerators, the flood-affected individuals are asked questions in the format of census cluster inquiries.
U Myint Kyine, Union Minister of Immigration and People’s Power and Chairman of the Central Census Commission, visited and inspected the re-issuance of damaged household demographic and citizenship verification cards for flood-affected individuals missing from Pauk Myain Village and Le Way Village.
