On October 7th, the Burmese Embassy in Korea donated 5 million won from 2 Buddhist schools in Korea for flood-affected areas in Myanmar. They came to Seoul to donate. It is reported that Bishop Venerable Chung Myung, Abbess Jeong In, and Abbess Ja Woon of the Buddhist temple donated the money to the Myanmar Ambassador, U Sane. The Ambassador returned the certificate of honour and thanked them. The 5 million won donation received will continue to be donated to flood-affected areas through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
