According to the Civil Societies Joint Committee (Putao), they were able to export 2000 bags of rice and 1000 gallons of fuel to Putao City in Kachin State. Due to transportation difficulties, there is a shortage of food, rice, and fuel in Putao City.
Rice and fuel oil have arrived in Putao City and will be distributed to remote villages at low prices.
In addition, the Civil Societies Joint Committee (Putao) will continue to work on reducing commodity prices in Putao City.
