Shan State (Eastern) Tachileik District, Mine Phyat Township, Mine Phyat-Mine khote-Mine Sat Bridge was damaged due to flooding. It is reported that the Kanlong private hydropower plant on the Namlong stream has also suffered some damage and is unable to distribute electricity.
Since September 10th, due to heavy rains, the water level of the Nam Long stream has risen and the bridge No. (2/95) of Bailey Bridge, which connects to Mine Phyat-Mine khote-Mine Sat in Mine Phyat Township, has tilted about 15 degrees and only motorcycles and people are allowed to pass through.
