It is reported that since September 2, vehicles have been able to pass through Pin Laung- Paung Laung- Kinthar- Nay Pyi Taw Road, which was hit by landslides with the rains.
The road was impassable for almost a month due to the subsequent landslides caused by the floods that occurred in September.
According to the Department of Meteorology and Hydrology, the rainfall that began in Pin Laung in southern Shan State on August 1 was the record rainfall in 56 years.
Due to the disruption of traffic on the road, there was a shortage of local food and consumer goods, and the prices of goods have risen exponentially from the previous price.
