According to Myanmar Railways, the Bago-Yangon-Bago train journey will be operated from October 2 with diesel-electric multiple unit (DEMU) coaches made in Japan with air conditioning.
Train No. (16) DEMU Coach will depart from Bago Station at 6:00 a.m. and arrive at Yangon Station at 7:40 a.m. Train No. (15) will depart from Yangon Station at 4:45 p.m. and arrive at Bago Station at 6:25 p.m. The Japanese-made DEMU coach will have air conditioning, and the ticket will cost 2,500 kyat per person.
