Yangon Region, Insein Township, Fokkan Ward, Padauk Avenue (3) Road, residing at No (7). According to his parents, a Grade-9 student has been missing for approximately four days since leaving for school.

On September 28, at 11:30 a.m., the missing Grade-9 student Mg Ye Khant Kyaw, who was attending a private high school in Fokkan Ward, was going down the road while taking him to school with a bicycle carrier. Since that time, until today, October 1, he has not been found.

He went with a bike carrier. He had to be at school by noon, so he left home after 11. There, he got off the bike before reaching his friend’s house. The distance between his house and his friend’s house is about 5 minutes by motorbike. When he didn’t arrive at school, the school called. He had disappeared from there. His mother thinks he is at his friend’s house because he is late for school. He did not return in the evening. He hadn’t come when his mother called his friend’s house. He doesn’t have a phone, just 2500 in school pocket money. His health is not good; he has had bad lungs since childhood. He had to have a neck tumour removed about four months ago,” said U Zaw Min Aung, the father of the missing student Mg Ye Khant Kyaw, to MT News.

A substantial reward will be offered if the missing 17-year-old Grade 9 student, Mg Ye Khant Kyaw, is found and reported. The student was reported missing on September 29 at the Insein police station. If located, parents can reach out at 09-894926167 and 09-781511781 for assistance.
