In the past 70 years, there has been a lot of death and destruction due to war in the country. Daw Saw Mya RazarLin, the chairman of the Arakan Liberation Party (ALP), urged that we look at the people’s faces.
Daw Saw Mra RazarLin, chairman of the Arakan Liberation Party (ALP), urged that since there have been many deaths and destructions due to war in the country during the past 70 years, other armed organizations, including ethnic armed EAO groups, need to look at the faces of the people.
“There is a lot of death and destruction because of the war. A lot of this has happened over the years. The country is declining because of the war. People have been suffering from this suffering for many years. So we need to go federal. All ethnic armed EAO groups want to go federal. All EAO groups also accept this. each
“We must not forget the faces of our land and our people,” Daw Saw Mya RazarLin emphasized. She also underscored the importance of mutual respect among armed organizations, including ethnic armed EAO groups, to foster a sense of unity and cooperation.
“Now the country’s military framework has widened. For this reason, we have already encouraged all EAOs to participate in dialogues to complete these. We must respect each other. There must be no bullying. “We need to resolve politics through political means, regardless of which organizations,” she added.
In addition to the NCA, which signed a ceasefire to allow political dialogue to take place, EAO groups have already established policies and procedures and are encouraged to do so. “All the ceasefire groups that have signed the NCA are continuing according to the principles of the NCA,” she added.
The ALP party, led by Daw Saw Mya Raza Lin, is also an armed EAO group that signed the nationwide ceasefire during the previous government of President U Thein Sein.
