The Interior Ministry announced today that the PDFs killed five people, including a head of the hundred houses and an administrator, in one day on September 24.
The security forces received a tip-off that two men were killed and one was injured when a gun was fired in Ywardout Ward, Aunglan township, Magway, at about 1:00 pm on September 24, and they went to the incident place. According to the investigation, while U Myint Swe (43), the village administrator of Talotepin Village, Ko Zaw Myo Aung(27), Kyauk Sel Chyo Village, U Myo Naing (39) were at Daw Soe’s house, two PDFs (under investigation) arrived on a motorcycle and shot and ran away, resulting in the death of U Myint Swe and Ko Zaw Myo Oo from bullet wounds, and the death of U Mo Naing from bullet wounds. The injured were sent to Aung Lam Township Public Hospital.
