The Chinland Defense Force – Hakha PDF group issued a threatening letter yesterday night that they will shoot the civil services who do not do CDM.
In the Chinland Defense Force – Hakha group’s September 23rd statement and threatening letter written in Chin language, it is stated that they had known what the SAC government has provided training for the census for the election and in the previous June 16th, 2022 statement, those working with the security forces were classified as soldiers, but the non-CDM personnel were not killed. Currently, they are threatening to shoot the staff who will take the census for the election like soldiers.
The Chinland Defense Force – Hakha group has issued a warning letter to those who own dogs in Hakha town of Chin State to sell or kill their dogs by August 1st because the Hakha group interfered with their revolution on July 30th.
