Union Minister of Information U Maung Maung Ohn has left for Russia to attend the BRICS Media Summit.On the evening of September 13th, he left Yangon Airport for Russia to attend the BRICS Media Summit to be held in Moscow, Russia.The Union Minister and the delegation were met by the Russian Ambassador to Myanmar, H.E. Mr. Iskander Azizov and Officials from the Ministry of Information greeted them at Yangon Airport. The BRICS summits are held alternately by member countries, so the upcoming (16th) BRICS summit will be held in October in Russia. It is known that it will be held in the Kazan region under the leadership of the current chairman of the organization, Russian President Vladimir Putin.
