A memorandum of understanding on the establishment of a police cooperation center between Myanmar and China and a letter of assistance for police equipment worth 5 million Chinese yuan were signed between the Ministry of Home Affairs of Myanmar and the Ministry of Public Security of China on September 9. Lt-Gen Yar Pyae, a member of the State Administration Council and Union Minister for Home Affairs has been on a working visit to the People’s Republic of China of Lianyungang City 2024 held at Haizhou Bayview Conference Center.
During his trip to attend the Global Public Security Cooperation Forum, China Ministry of Public Security Meeting with Minister Mr. Wang Xiaohun, bilateral cooperation and positive cooperation between the two ministries were conducted.
