According to the IBEC News and Information Section, the International Peace Ambassador, IBEC Sayadaw Dr. Ashin Sobita, will deliver a speech at the fourth international peace conference in South Korea.
A key role of IBEC Sayadaw is to advocate for school-age children and youth. As well as helping displaced people, he participates in humanitarian efforts.
IBEC Sayadaw has been invited to speak at the fourth World Peace Conference by Korea World Peace Committee (WPC) based in Seoul, South Korea.
The conference is scheduled to take place from October 21 to 25 at The Stay Songdo Hotel in Incheon City, South Korea, with the Sayadaw participating as a keynote speaker.
As an International Peace Ambassador, the IBEC Sayadaw is frequently invited to speak at global peace events. It is noted that the Sayadaw visits Seoul annually to deliver speeches at these international conferences.
