Myanmar Embassy in Japan said on 6 September that health insurance would be removed from the requirements for applying for an E-visa.
According to the embassy’s statement, the Ministry of Immigration and Population submitted a notification stating that the Ministry of Health has removed requirements for public health, which is why health insurance proof is no longer required.
