It is reported that a first-year university student girl who was crossing the road in front of the public hospital in Meiktila, Mandalay Region was hit by a car and the car that hit her ran away.
At 6:15 pm on August 26, a student girl crossing the road in front of Meiktila Public Hospital was hit by a hijet car.
“She went to her friend’s clinic and went to the hospital. The people around said that it was a hijet vehicle. She went up high. People thought she was dead. The girl touched her head with her hand. Still remember when the team went. I don’t know if she works at the hospital or not,” said an official from the Wan Zin Youth Social Assistance Association in response to MT News’ inquiry.
It is reported that the student girl who was hit by a vehicle is around 22 years old and has been taken to a 1000-bed hospital in Nay Pyi Taw Zambuthri Township for further treatment.
