During three groups of PDF attempted to kill the governor of Lay Pin Gone village, Chauk Township, the Administrator’s father resisted the PDF terrorists and as a result, he were shot and killed by the PDF.
The terror incident happened on August 21 at an estimated 4:45 pm at Lay Pin Gone Village in Chauk Township. As per report, Pro-NUG terrorist groups such as Arlarwaka Urban Guerrilla Force (Chauk), Oak Awe UG Urban Guerrilla Group, and Burma Revolution Rangers came to U Min Min Thant and shot him to dead, but as his father fought back and U Min Min Thant escaped. So, they shot and killed his father, an elderly man over 70 years old, who resisted the three PDF groups.
From the beginning of the spring revolution until the end of July 2024, more than 230 children, more than 90 monks, administrators, teachers and civil servants about 1,200, a total of more than 8,000 people have been killed by the NLD, NUG, PDF, EAOs with the allegations of “Dalan, spy, the one who made the SAC apparatus run”.
