The Union Minister for Religious Affairs and Culture departs for Sri Lanka to attend the Centenary Ceremony of Makutarama Myanmar Buddhist Temple

A Myanmar delegation led by U Tin Oo Lwin, the Union Minister for Religious Affairs and Culture, left for Sri Lanka on 18 August by air to attend the Centenary Ceremony of the Makutarama Myanmar Buddhist Temple, established by Myanmar’s Bhaddanta Vinayalankara, and other religious ceremonies to be held on 20 and 21 August in Colombo, Sri Lanka.

Ministry officials greeted the delegation at Yangon International Airport as they departed from Yangon.
