A house and the MMK Japanese bicycle shop was broken into at Jade Street, Ward (10), near the youth academy of Lashio in Shan State, an area controlled by the MNDAA and 465 Japanese bicycles were stolen, along with a Ducati motorcycle.

When contacted by MT News, the owner who was burglarized said, “I know that the person next to the house phone called me that they come Canter car and take all bicycles. I can’t go back and watch it now. The keys were locked. It’s not easy for ordinary people to break through. The shop has 465 bikes and a new Ducati motorcycle. The lowest price for Japanese bikes is 270,000 and the highest is about 20 lakhs and 40 lakhs. The items in the house will be taken away. There is also a dog that bites. They also killed the dog,” he said.

The total value of the stolen Japanese bikes and the Ducati Hypermotard 939 (model 2016-17) is over 4,000 lakhs, and the owner of the shop has also complained to the Kume police station. The gates have also been contacted and informed, it is reported.
