Patients including local people, departmental personnel and families of security forces were killed when MNDAA terrorist insurgent group launched short-range rocket, heavy weapon and drone attack on the military hospital and wards, which were non-military targets, in Lashio, Shan State (North).
Terrorists also abducted some of the patients, while some locals had to leave their homes.
Kokang families residing in Mandalay issue an announcement that the inhuman and barbaric acts of MNDAA terrorist insurgent group, which amount to a war crime, are totally unacceptable and that they strongly condemn those acts.
