According to U Soe Win, the secretary of the Taungthaman Bridge maintenance body, local and foreign visitors visit Taungthaman Lake and Bridge daily during the rainy season, with approximately 100,000 visitors, especially on holidays.
One of the most attractive tourist attractions in the Mandalay Region is Taungthaman Lake and Bridge. According to the report, the number of visitors, both local and foreign, has been increasing since June 1.
Most local tourists visiting Taungthaman Bridge and Lake come from Mandalay, PyinOoLwin, Taunggyi, and Yangon, while most foreign visitors are from Thailand, Vietnam, and Korea.
