For the first time in June, the Central Bank announced that it sold 5 million US dollars to importers and exporters through the Online Trading Platform. Although the Central Bank has not released the exchange rate for sale, the price of foreign currency trading on the Online Trading Platform is 3,349 kyats per US dollar. Last May, the central bank sold 10 million US dollars and 17.5 million Chinese yuan to importers through the Online Trading Platform.
