Thailand-based analysts have revealed that Myanmar’s declining gas supplies are likely to lead to financial and energy difficulties.Gas shipments from Myanmar to Thailand have decreased by 23 percent in the last six months up to March this year, indicating that Myanmar’s gas shipments to Thailand and China have been declining for more than 30 years.
