It is reported that an administrator who was drinking tea this morning at the corner of 133+53 Street “Myint Kyawthu” tea shop was shot from behind and died in Pyigyidagun Township, Mandalay Region.
Today, June 5, around 8:00 a.m.,the adminstrator and 3 men were drinking tea at “Myint Kyaw Tu” tea shop when 2 PDF men arrived on a motorcycle (1) and shot the governor and drove away. “I know he was shot, but I don’t know which team will go and carry it,” a local social relief team answered to MT New.
The administrator who died at the scene due to the firing of those PDFs, (H) Ward Administrator U Ye Lwin (or) U Pyae Moe Han, aged 57, who lives at the corner of 52(B), (H) Ward 133 Stree, Pyigyidagun Township. U Ye Myint received one bullet wound in the back of the head due to the firing of the PDFs and died at the scene, it is reported.
