Since May 28, PDF groups have exchanged fire four times in Tabayin Township, Sagaing Region, and PDF members and their family members have been killed/injured.
In the incident, on the morning of May 28, While two PDFs were visiting his parents in Thandaw Village of Tabayin Township. At the entrance of the village, there was an altercation with local PDFs from Tabayin Township, and shootings occurred. 1 PDF and 4 family members from Shwebo District were killed. A total of 5 people were killed and 1 PDF was injured and escaped.
The person who escaped reported the incident to the leader, and the leader visited Thandaw village to investigate. There was another shooting with local PDFs in Tabayin Township, and 3 PDFs were killed. This kind of shooting happened with the Black Tiger group under the Thunderstorm group of from Shwe Bo and the Thandaw village PDF, and the first to die was the Black Tiger PDF family.
At least 4 such shootings took place and 11 PDFs and their families were killed. Shwebo District Battalion (12) arrested 8 PDFs and 6 women from the Thandaw village, and the issue is still complicated for more than a week.
