An offical delegation of members of the Sri Lankan parliament, consisting of Mr. Sujith Sanjaya Perera, Mr. J. C. Alawathuwala, and Mr. Wasantha Yapa Bandara, was received by U Lwin Oo, Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar yesterday in Nay Pyi Taw.
It was a pleasure to exchange views on matters pertaining to enhancing the friendship between the two countries, enhancing bilateral cooperation and collaboration in areas of mutual interest and continuing to provide consular assistance to Sri Lankans living in Myanmar.
