About 30 international Bengali organizations have issued a statement condemning the actions of the AA armed group, which is burning the homes of Bengalis as well as killing and looting.
Because of AA’s actions, Bengali villages in Rakhine state are in ruins, and on the night of May 17, Bengali homes in Buthidaung town were looted and set on fire, causing thousands of Bengalis, including children and women, to flee.
Bengali organizations have announced that they have condemned the atrocities committed by the Rakhine armed AA, and the US Embassy has also announced that they will punish the AA who are torturing Bengalis and the AA who are attacking them.
