High schools, middle schools and primaryschools under Basic Education Department for 2024-2025 Academic Year will open on 3st June. For the 2024-2025 academic year, basic education schools have been accepting enrollments since May 23 (today), and there are a large number of visitors.
In accepting enrollment, the Ministry of Education has warned to principal teachers, all teachers and staffs that no fees will be charged and no other items will be sold. In addition, this year, due to the high price and difficulty in purchasing school uniforms for primaryschool children compared to last year, each primaryschool student attending the school was given a pair of school uniforms for free.
“The school uniform is for all primary students up to Grade 5. We give each other a pair,” said a teacher who is accepting enrollments at the 6th school in Botajung Township.
For the 2024-2025 academic year, May 23 to June 2 has been set as the school enrollment week, and schools will begin opening on June 3 (Monday), according to the Ministry of Education.
