It was reported from the locals that a man and two buffaloes who were going to thresh rice with a buffalo cart were struck by lightning on May 12 at 5:00 in the evening.
At the time of the incident, the village of U Hla Myo Tun, who lives in Ward No. 2, went with his brother and cousin to harvest and thresh rice in a buffalo cart. Suddenly, there was a strong rainstorm and lightning struck U Hla Myo Tun’s buffalo cart and died at the foot of the Moeyoongyi Inn.
