It was initially reported by the Palace Front Social Rescue Group that the man on the racing bike lost his left leg when a truck ( carrying bricks) and a racing bicycle had accidented at 6:42 this morning between 66th Street 24 / 25, Aung May Thar San Township, Mandalay.
The injured man was sent to Mandalay General Hospital by the Palace Front Social Relief Group.
