A man from a village lighting committee living in the village of Mingyikyat (South) in Nganzun Township, Mandalay Division was reported to have been shot and killed.
At around 11:00 on March 18, PDFs arrived at Mr. Win Zaw Oo’s home in the village of Mingyikyat (South) and shot the man in the head with a gun.
It is reported that the man who died in the shooting was a member of the USDP Party and was also a member of the village lighting committee and was also involved in matters in the village.
