The Russian media have discussed that they would like to invite the Myanmar media team to the 120th-anniversary celebration of a Russian news agency to be held in September as a Myanmar-Russia media cooperation. It was discussed in the media sector cooperation meeting to increase friendship and exchanges between the people of Myanmar and Russia. During the meeting, both sides discussed the need to draw up and sign a memorandum of understanding regarding the training of the national orchestra, and exchange training program and to invite the Myanmar media group to the 120th-anniversary celebration of the ITAR-TASS news agency in September.
At the meeting attended by U Ye Naing, Director General of Myanmar Audio and Television, MI Channel Director Daw Laing Mong Pan and team, U Win Zaw Htay, general manager of The Global New Light of Myanmar newspaper and the group led by the Deputy Director General of Russia’s ITAR-TASS news agency Mr. Mikhail Gussman.
