Royal Thai Navy warship HTMS Prachuap Khiri Khan (OPV-552), was on a goodwill visit to the Republic of Myanmar, on March 3. In the evening, it was reported that they had departed Thilawa port in Yangon.
The warship was visiting as a goodwill trip led by Rear Admiral Pongmit Narongkul, Chief of Staff of the Royal Thai Navy’s 3rd Naval Area Command, who visited the landmarks of Yangon during a three-day friendship visit from 1 to 3 March. There’s a similar slate of activities on the docket: friendly sports competitions, official meetings and exchanges.
