According to the Department of Ministry of Hotels & Tourism Myanmar, more than 400,000 domestic and foreign tourists visited the Ngwesaung beach in Pathein District, Irrawaddy Division.In January, 44,497, February 33420, March 55750, April 59906, May 34792, June 17532 domestic and foreign tourists visited the Ngwesaung beach. Ngwesaung beach is located in Irrawaddy Division, It is located 48 kilometers west of Pathein City and takes five hours by car from Yangon City.
