The Electrical Engineering Office (Phakan) told MT News that 50% of the repair work on the Moe Kaung- Phakan 66 kV power line damaged by the fighting of the PDF has been completed, so electricity will be restored to Phakan by the end of February.
It is reported that the 66 KV Moe Kaung-Phakan line, which is maintained by the Office of National Grid (Waingmaw), has been a lot of damage to the 66 KV power line after the fighting of the PDF that took place in Nant Thein Village, PhaKan Township on February 4th.
More than one million people who live in Phakan Township. As the electricity goes on for a long time, the city is facing difficulties, from small to large enterprises.
