In Laputta Township, Ayeyawaddy Region, No. (1) ward, at Thazin Street, beside of Laputta-Myaung Mya Highway, the opening ceremony of the highway parking station was held on February 15 at 9:00 a.m. in the parking lot.
At the ceremony, Laputta District Administration Committee Chairman, District Administrator U Lwin Ko Oo, District Administration Committee Member (1) Lt. Col. Win Min Oo, Secretary of District Administration Committee, Lieutenant Colonel Han Win Maung and the Town’s Elders opened the highway parking station by cutting a ribbon and spraying perfumes on the parking station sign. After that, the highway parking station was inspected.
The parking station covers an area of 4.45 acres, has 24 rooms, 24 passenger vehicle gates and five truck gates.
