The EV Press Group has issued a further warning that if electric vehicles (EV) are not sold at a profit of more than 20 percent and are sold with advance points without the arrival of the vehicle, the registration certificate of the exporter and importer will be closed, as well as action will be taken against the Consumer Protection Law.
In the meetings of 2023 (April and June), the government had announced that electric vehicles and accessories importing companies should not exceed 20 percent profit on the CIF value, not to sell EV as a pre-order without the arrival of the vehicle advertisements on social networks.
Starting from February 1st, the Brand Showroom will be opened and only companies, that complete the requirements, will be granted import licenses for EV cars. Up to now, 83 companies have been authorized to carry out electric vehicles and related activities, according to the EV news release of the National-level Development of Electric Vehicles and Related Industries.
